rooms are spacious. bathroom is very narrow. indian break fast is limited. we get only Dosa(not good) not suitable for Indians

Super food, especially the breakfast buffet spread. Nice peaceful atmosphere with a jacuzzi pool Highly recommended for a chilled out stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The deluxe sea view is worth it. The staff was friendly and helpful to addressing any concerns. The beds are not comfortable, but the rooms are nice, bathrooms, and amenities. I would come back again. The beach is right behind the hotel, literally seconds from the hotel. The food was reasonable prices and was delicious. Also be careful for scammers on the beach offering boat rides. Instead, there’s many tour companies within walking distance from the hotel with offices!

Very clean and nice accommodation. Room as well as toilets. Modern decor and largely western crowd. Western and srilankan food available. Liked the meals there a lot especially greengram curry, chicken, pappad, chutney and fruit plate. Literally on the beach on one side and the main road on the other. Has own swimming pool which many take advantage of. Peak season around xmas.Friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed in a deluxe room. Not so much deluxeclean room but extremely noisy. First night a woman screeched all night from.her balcony ending around 3am second night we were "serenaded" by the neighbours with a drum all night. And I mean all night. Not the place to come if you want to relax. Area.is nice tho. But don't come if you want to.sleep

Well I had a layover in Sri Lanka for a very long time,hence I had gotten a free stay here for a day.the rooms are nice and the beach side view is amazing

This is marketed as a 4-star hotel which is simply not true. However it can be called a decent 3-star.

Pros: The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms are clean and appear to be newly renovated (Nov 2016). The sea facing rooms have great views from the balcony. The beach is only a few steps away.

Cons: breakfast was meh. They don't have brewed coffee, only instant coffee packets. The bathrooms are a bit smelly. And there is irritating music playing in the hallways that you can sometimes hear in the room.

Takeaway: not a luxury hotel but good value for money, especially since its only 30 mins from the airport.
