  Base Hospital in Tangalle after Matara hospital biggest hospital untill Hambantota town.
  This Hospital having Minior & Major operation theaters, Endoscopy unit, Radiology department , OPD service , Medicals, Gyne, Paediatrics wards.
  This is Government hospital, under Southern Provincial Heath Service .

  A government free health services providing hospital. Has an emergency treatment unit, an outpatient department, clinics, operations theaters, wards, physical therapy department, imaging facilities, laboratory services, morgue, an ICU, and an HDU.
  
  Overcrowded due to lack of infrastructure expansion. But provides a good service nonetheless.
