  Worst people on this planet. Front shutters of my car was tinted and I was stopped near the havelock city where there was bunch of cops. Informed me that drivers are not to allowed to have tinted front shutters! Which I never knew and it’s very sunny these days. Wrote me some paper to go show it at the bambalapitya police station and get some signature after removing the tint of the car. I removed the tint infront of the officer itself and left to station. Those guys asked me to pay 1000/- at some post office staying that there is no signature anymore. These polices officers are money hungry and want to harass people having different laws as they wish and would change those laws whenever they want. A country would never develop with people like this.

  Probably the most lethargic police staff in Colombo. Wasted more than 4 hours after a hit and run accident. Eventually I had to get a known Senior Officer to escalate the police report
