Rip off, hands off!

Prestige Automobile operates the local Sixt branch. It is definitely not advisable to rent from them. After returning the car, the customer is deliberately and unscrupulously tried to pull the money out of his pocket due to alleged - and on demand not verifiable - damages. I myself will bring on legal action against this highly unscrupulous company!

They do the service pretty well while keeping us informed about other defects that may need to be fixed. But their overall car wash is not upto standard. I had to bring my car home and wash it myself.

The BMW authorised agent or dealer for Sri Lanka is Prestige Automobiles.
They are only selling with BMW cars, SUVs & MINI cars.
NO Land vehicles & motor bikes.
But if you import on your own, they can provide technical support & maintenance.

Good place to buy BMW’s..however the location is far far away from colombo..all the other top tier brands have their dealerships in colombo,while bmw is just in a suburb!! You must move to colombo inner city..

Especially in traffic times getting here can be a big nuisance..

Was servicing my car for 16 years, in wain that BMW agency is with Prestige. They charge you exorbitantly and give a raw deal. Simply hopeless. Great cars with bad agent.
