  Used to be a good place few years back, now its more like abandoned cheap pastry shop, cheap means not the price, bit the atmosphere and the settings and all sense of services they give. Cleanliness is in below or near average standards, crows making a huge trouble when you are dining at the place.

  Managed by army personnel. They have bakery items, fresh juice, lunch, newspapers etc. Friendly people.
