  We wanted to buy some cake accessories that are required so then I also wanted let them know about their cake decorating nozzles that were bought last time which was not good because they bend when being wash or cleaned because they are manufactured in China which means that it’s not like the ones made in Korea now it’s all Chinese.
  So I asked the the girl who was selling who do I make a complain regarding the products that we buy she said there is no one. THIS STUFF IS EXPENSIVE NOT CHEAP. SO FOR THE MONEY YOU SPEND YOU SHOULD BE RECEIVING A PREMIUM PRODUCT.
  
  So then I took the effort to find the hants group of companies to let them know.
  
  I spoke to Roma Anthony head of marketing regarding a past purchase all I wanted to say that the Wilton Decorating Nozzles are not up to standard she refused to listen. She is Asking for my Contact details and the previous bill number. My contact details and bill number is the only thing registered in her head. She simply didn’t want to listen. I didn’t ask for a refund of any sort or exchange all I wanted to do was to let the company know that their products are not up to standards. But she didn’t listen then I told her that I don’t want to get into an argument and all I said was “listen close your mouth and keep your ears open and listen” if you don’t listen to what I have to say I will post this conversation as a review on Facebook and Google this was a only time she went quiet.
  Her listening skills are so bad when I say I don’t want a refund but then she says she needs billing proof. What for ??? I am giving an honest review about the Brand Wilton that we love and use because of its quality.
  
  We know that she doesn’t manufacture the product but she didn’t care to apologize or listen. She could have just said we will
  do something about it or take care of it. That’s simple as that.
  
  This was a genuine concern as regular clients because we want to buy nothing but the best and Wilton surely provides that just wanted to keep them posted about the recent Chinese nozzles that were bought.
  
  And also for your billing proof for today’s purchases.

  This post will go on google and also I will be copying and pasting the same to Wilton USA. Hope they will do something if group of companies (Wilton Sri Lanka) are not able to handle a simple situation like this.

  Went there to buy some Wilton products. They are the local agents and have wide range of products. Decent and polite staff.
