This is a big office of Abans. Lot of divisions are here. Lot of workers work here. Large building with few floors. This is a control center of Abans. Customer care is not that much impressive, they should improve on that.
Some parking available. Wheelchair accessible entrance available. But no wheelchair accessible parking available.

I am living kotahena,k Cyril c pereira Mawatha,your garbage collectors are coming to collect the garbage on time,I am appreciate but that people are coming to home and asking money for every end of the month by force,(it's like thugfuly),ladies their complaining about this because their alone at the home,and they feel very fear.please take the action against to them otherwise I will make police complain and put the case against to them,please do the need full,thank you

Live in kotahena garbage collection people don't come and collect if they want to collect they ask money ,if we give 200 they demand and asking 500 rupees. This is to abans cleaning service manager please give them salary otherwise we have to take action against u sir ..

I live down Fredrica Road in Wellawatha - Colombo 06. The garbage is collected by your garbage trucks and members of your staff. It is a sorry sight as after the collection of the garbage the entire road is strewn with garbage as you people vandalize the bins collecting various stuff dumped in the garbage for their personal benefit. Now if they make a few extra bucks by doing this, it is fine but get them to clear the residue strewn on the road after doing so. This is a regular happening and most often than not the road is littered more after the garbage collection than it was before.
This is just food for thought and a supervisor visiting these collection areas will be a very good suggestion.
