Excellent food and service! I've been there multiple times and the owners and staff always go out of their way to make sure you have a great night. Parking is a bit tight as they only have space for about 5 cars right in front of the restaurant, but there are places to park around the area.
Make sure to get a reservation if you're going at a busy time!
PS: Try the cinnamon apple waffle!

Lovely place. It's small but very homey. You get many options of waffles here sweet to hot. Suitable for kids and adults. Very delicious.

It is a quiet place with a nice atmosphere. They have a very simple interior decoration. I would recommend this place as a quiet getaway for waffle lovers. Also the staff was very friendly and obliging. Only thing to be mindful of is that their closing time is at 3pm. Though it is quite early for a café to close, this place is worth your time. The food is not too expensive compared to most Colombo cafés.

Located in one of the up and coming and chic areas of Colombo, the Waffle Cafe is a small and idyllic little establishment that, true to its name serves delicious, soft and crispy waffles; savoury and sweet (and vegetarian). The modern coffee shop aesthetic of the outlet makes it ideal for those looking for an Instagram worthy photo. Since the outlet is located on a rather busy road, avoiding peak rush hours is advisable.
The waffles are delicious; soft on the inside, and crispy on the outside. The waffles come with a variety of toppings and extra toppings. The savoury options are full of flavour and absolutely delightful. The sweet toppings compliment the already sweet flavours of the waffle and is just right. For those with an extra sweet tooth, you can choose from a variety of extra toppings including Smarties. The drinks are also equally good; the ice chocolate was chocolatey and sweet and fills you up well, the cappuccino was pretty good as well (as per my friend).
The wait staff were very friendly and accommodating and added to the amibiance of the restaurant.
The restaurant is not busy at any time, so wait times are virtually non-existent, service times are fast and if you want to get some work done while enjoying the delicious waffles, you totally can.
Overall, it's a great place for people of all ages (as long as you aren't severely lactose intolerant). Great for hangouts, solo meals, and dates.response / report this review -

Supper delicious waffles, both sweet and savory. It’s a huge menu and friendly staff will help you to pick the right choice. Staff knows very well of they are doing. Cozy place, with limited parking. Well suited for families as well as for bunch of crazy friends. Will be back for sure.
