I am the owner of Coulibri St Lucia. As of this year, it has come under my new management, along with that of my residential property manager, Shermika Lawrence. Coulibri is my favourite place in the world to watch the sun set over the Caribbean Sea and the Piton Mountains, like a coral water colour! Coulibri is a space that is completely in harmony with the elements - where mountain, sea and sky meet.
I stayed in this villa in Feb, 2018 for a week. It is exactly as pictured. The views of the Pitons are the best in St Lucia. You do need to be aware that this is an open air concept. Some people do not like that but if you want to lay in bed at night looking at the beautiful stars and wake up to the sounds of tropical birds chirping this villa is for you! We also enjoyed fresh bananas for breakfast that we picked right off the trees on the property.
A lovely big birthday present from my family. Stayed for a week. Lovely, lovely villa. Fantastic 180 degree view of the Caribbean from the bar. Very friendly and helpful managaress and driver. Beautiful pool and terraces. Amazing place. Very spoiling.
My favourite place in the world to watch the sun set over the Caribbean Sea and the Piton Mountains, like a coral water colour! The double rainbows after a shower are spectacular too. But most extraordinary is to be in such an innovative space architecturally - where nature meets design and the infinity pool awaits
I didn't stay here but I did reserve the place and than cancelled because of some bad reviews on Tripadvisor forums. I know the owner changed now. Came back here to check for new reviews and felt bad to see owner and the employee there reviewing and giving 5 stars. If you want to be honest with your property, you should let the customers review the place. I have 3 stars as I had unwanted delays in cancelling my reservation and refunding me the money. I really wanted to give less stars seeing the owner Anastasia and employee Shermaka review here. I have a feeling even Jenifer Bunis is an employee or friend.
Anyway, good luck with your villa and I definitely will look forward to staying there once I see genuine reviews.
The house is as beautiful as advertised. It is very open to the beautiful nature that surrounds it. To me, that only enhances its beauty and uniqueness. The architecture is amazing, never too hot or buggy so no need for A/C. We have loved our vacation here.
Coulibri is a luxurious villa, located on a lush green mountain. The kind and hospitable resident manger, Shermika will help you with needs. You have access to boat tours, mud baths, hiking or just relaxing St.Lucia's breathtaking
beaches. I will recommended Villa Coulibri to anyone in need of a vacation.
Excellent accommodations, excellent service, friendly staff, plenty to do and beautiful views

Our family had the absolutely delightful experience of staying at Villa Coulibri for nine days in which time we celebrated our daughter's wedding on the premises. The villa was spotless, the food was delicious and we could not have asked for a more beautiful wedding. The woman who runs the house, Shermika is priceless. She is kind, a great cook and such a wonderful personality to have at the house. We loved her children also. Our rooms were delightful and if we needed a new towel they certainly were given to us. We had eleven people and one baby staying at the home and we couldn't have asked for more delightful villa to spend out time. We LOVED that the house was open and a part of the surrounding nature. Anitanja was our wedding consultant and she served two gourmet meals for our event. One for the rehearsal dinner and one for the wedding dinner. She supplied the additional tables and the bar tender. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding. If you love the sound of tropical frogs as you go to sleep, stunning vistas of the Pitons, a beautiful infinity pool and easy access to the Anse Chastenet Beach then this villa is for you. We also rented the boat that comes with the house and what a sensational day we had! I would come back to stay at this villa over and over again. Thank you Shermika for being such a gracious host and thank everyone that was involved
Villa Coulibri will forever be one of my most memorable vacations. Beautiful and quiet getaway villa with breathtaking views and amazing architecture.
Heaven absolutely beautiful
Let me start by saying the Villa is very nice but luxury it is not. If you like the outdoor type with no luxury this is the place. The villa owner is a real jerk. They will let you use the same towels all week the owner thinks this is ok.(that's just nasty.) the curtains in the room were so dirty they were yellow the place was more a dusty outdoor wooden tent than a luxury villa. The walls in the room we stayed in have black stuff running down them in the room and bathroom it leaves you to wonder is it mold is it mildew or is it something else. Whatever it is it's an eye sore and looks nasty and uncared for. They lie to you about the things they offer then charge you for their poor management. I would not recommend a stay here at any cost. My wedding ceremony was ruined by poor management and I was charged for the poor management and every mislead word of my emails from the owner Alfred. I was recommended a chef by Alfred that did the poorest job that could be done. I provided my own cocktails and the chef was 35 min late even getting started. Dinner service for two ran 3 long hours. Alfred is the owner and is the biggest jerk I have spoke to ever. This owner does not care about his guest only his money. The road to the villa will bounce your kidneys loose it's so rough. The villa staff are not well trained and will use you for rides to town etc I was asked several times to provide rides to staff in my rental car. I was promised via email a beach wedding then at the last minute one day before the ceremony due to poor management that was changed as the villa management in their own error did not secure the beach they offered and we agreed to. At the last minute I was told I would wed at a ghetto beach not becoming of what I would rent. When I stated that would not suffice I was then told they had found a better place more what we were expecting then I was charged for all of the management mistakes made for our ceremony I was told of the charges after I returned home and had to ask a week later for my deposit back to find out they used my deposit for their poor management mistakes. I'm then told by Alfred that he is not a wedding planner and I should pay for his mistakes. Do not get married here do not stay here do not let this owner ruin your ceremony or stay in St Lucia. Alfred you should not offer a ceremony and a beach if you can't follow through. This is not a good destination. I would pick another place there are lots of beautiful villas that are far better than the villa coulibri. The extra staff will stay in the areas that are not rented by you the staff can see your every move there is no privacy for you are always being watched by someone or you turn around and there is a staff member doing yard work etc while you are trying to enjoy your alone time. This is not a private setting. The views are ok but not what I consider breath taking. I have stayed in far better villas where the owners only care about your stay and not their money. My overall, review would be the owner is not a kind person and does not admit nor pay for his own mis management. You will be far happier else where the worst stay I have ever had. The worst owner I have ever dealt with. I suggest reading the on going court case against the villa owner and his partner of the villa. The truth as I read and have found out first hand. Bad management poor business skills and lies that you will as a quest pay for out of your deposit. Then Alfred will be little you treat you like your nothing and just flat out be a complete jerk to you once he has your money. This was a very expensive wooden tent. Very disappointed in the poorly managed and poorly maintained villa and it's owner. You want frogs in your food yup found several in the fridge on my food there are no walls like I said a big wooden open tent. No luxury other than the view. The boat is not worth the 600 dollars you pay for it. It's hot no shade for guest and it's old not well maintained either. Do not stay at this villa there are far better places
