The hideaway section of the resort is always nice because there are no kids lol. Usually there is less entertainment on that side, but this time around the bar staff and DJ were great.

I enjoy everything: food, drinks and the weather. Our room have small private swimming pool and I love it. Mini bar at the room fill up every day.

Wife and I just returned from HideawayThe rooms were amazing! Jacuzzi tub, double rain head showers, nice "L" shaped balcony, two stocked min-fridges (one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom). Food was 5 stars at Dorado, the Steakhouse, Armadillo, and Scores, 4 stars at Zen. Unfortunately, the ceiling caved in from the rain at the Italian restaurant. The buffet was 3 stars, as was the room service you order through your tv! All the bars were amazing - my fav were the pool swim ups. Service was amazing too. Don't forget about the coffee shop/gelato ice cream bar. The spa was well worth it and do yourself a favor and take the helicopter to or from the resort! Thanks St Lucia!

Amazing service. Great food. Great spa. Sansha is a GREAT massage therapist. The butlers, Ronald and Gavin, were the best! Couldn't ask for more. Maybe a bed thats a little more comfortable for the money you're paying. It was comfy, but could be better. Overall amazing experience.

I'm currently staying at this resort , AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ,PLEASE DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AND VACATION TO CHOSE THIS RESORT , THE STAFF DON'T KNOW WHATS GOING ON EVERYTHING YOU ORDER WILL TAKE FOR EVER TO PROVIDE YOU , THE FOOD NOT RELAY GOOD ,
ITS NO'T ADULT ONLY ,ONE OF THE BUILDING IS ADULT BUILDING BUT EVERYTHING YOU WILL SHARE WITH KIDS .
IT'S NOT A OCEAN FRONT ROOM OR OCEAN VIEW .
THE BEACH IT EXTREMELY BAD AND YOU CAN GO IN THERE .
THE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT .

Property is amazing!!! Food is great except for ZEN which was the worst I have ever seen. Service is a hit or miss! Either amazing or horrible.

Best butler in the world Ronald really went out of his way to make things happen!!
Best waiter was Wayne from Darado he was super nice and really good.

As beautiful as the pictures I have posted are what you can't see is how horribly unfinished most of the property is. They should not have opened to regular paying guests at this stage. Poor staff are having to deal with a multitude of problems that are all a result of opening before completion. The guest elevator in our block isn't operational, we are forced to share the service elevator with the staff. Trying to enjoy as much as we can but sadly disappointed to have to deal with ongoing construction during my very expensive family vacation.
