Not much variety but a great walk through nature. The carved seat were amazing
Fabulous gardens and waterfall. It was made even better when we decided to get a guide. They are not employed by the gardens and their pay is your tip. Joan was our guide and was knowledgeable about all the plants but also able to integrate the history of St Lucia as well. You could walk around the garden in half an hour but Joan did not mind me asking questions and taking pictures etc, it took me an hour and a half!
Really loved it
Beautiful place , definitely don't forget your camera! We did the Private mineral bath and loved it. There is a beautiful waterfall to see too. If I ever make it back to St Lucia , I will do it again!!
The garden was very beautiful and peaceful. There is a waterfall but it's only for pictures as you can't get in the water because of the sulfur. They also have a natural hot springs pool but that is an extra charge from the entrance fee. Both fees were pretty cheap though.
Beautiful garden with waterfall . Friendly gift shop and ice creams and pools looked inviting . Best bit the plants and the hummingbirds
Beautiful grounds with an incredible array of exotic plants. You are required to get a tour guide, though, and are expected to tip. Our tour guide was great, very friendly and knowledgeable, but I can't speak to the quality of all the guides.
Very lovely gardens. Lots of tropical planting and a pretty waterfall. Quite small but fun for an hour or two.
They also have a gift shop and a few plunge pools, the pools are an extra charge.
There is parking outside the gardens, next to the access road.
There is also a nice little restaurant a 1 minute walk from the car park just past the gardens, buffet lunch for about 15-20 EC$ pp including a drink.
Grab a local guide they'll make the walk memorable. The gardens are beautiful. The waterfall is beautiful. Easy walking with a gift shop and drinks near the waterfall.
The gardens are beautiful and the weather and the grounds are a perfect spot for a botanical garden but the park facilities could use some tlc.
I found the Botanical Gardens amazing. The flowers were so colourful and different and the waterfall was beautiful.
Beautiful garden. They've also got three different temperatures of mineral baths that you can soak in.
Definitely use a guide, they give so much history/ info behind everything. We took a LOT of pictures. Way too many to put on here!
Peaceful is an understatement for this environment, beauty that you can get lost in, so much to see. The natural baths, water naturally warm
Very nicely organised and looots of plants to see, including nutmeg tree, cocoa and poinsettias!
Beautiful lush gardens. Informative guide. Easy walking with slight inclines.
Great botanical garden with the diamond waterfall inside it. Many varieties of plants and flowers. Mineral baths are inside as well.
Nice place lots of local plants. Love the waterfall!
What a wonderful botanical garden. Lush gorgeous foliage and lovely flowers. Danny Boy was our tour guide and very knowledgeable and lots of fun too! If you love taking photo's of flowers then this is the place for you. A very relaxing, laid back tour.
Solid gardens, a bit small, but beautiful flowers.
Recommend not doing guided tours but walking on your own much more intimate and enjoyable
Very beautiful and peaceful garden. I visited as part of a tour packages. Great place for a nice relaxing stroll. The waterfall is very unique with its gray sulfur waters. There's also tourist shop with snacks and other local items for sale.
Beautiful grounds. If you're in St. Lucia, it's a must visit. Be sure to use a local guide as they'll educate you and give you a very informative tour. Well worth it! Find 'Alexander the Great' or Denis if you can.
A most enjoyable and inexpensive tour! The gardens were absolutely gorgeous. We toured at our own pace, took tons of photos of the beautiful flowers and plant life. A light to moderate hike. You won't be disappointed!
Lovely to visit these tranquil gardens. Caught a little off guard when it rained though. Seems to be very temperamental in this region and will rain on and off. V.humid! Gardens where pleasant though and you are able to dive into the natural spring pools at the end and wash off using the volcanic waters
$7 for the private bath and entry to the gardens. You don't need a guide for a nice stroll in the rainforest. The waterfall was very nice. The mineral baths were warm. Get there at 10am to beat the cruise shippers. Have breakfast before at the little place right next to it. It's not a "must do", and we wouldn't do it again if we come back. I'm just not a big fan of Soufriere.
