We got calamari that was very good, I got jerk chicken and my bf got catch of the day lunch. My meal had some veggies and chicken breast that really wasn’t that great to be honest. It didn’t taste anything like jerk chicken and wasn’t very tender. You could of put that in a pressure cooker and it would of been 100 times better. We paid $114. Waitresses were very nice and attentive but the food took a very long time, for literally a hunk of chicken breast and some veggies that were ok at best, I’m glad I asked for a side of rice.

We had dinner at Bayside just once during our stay at Sugar Beach. The offering, quality of dishes, portion sizes are not worse the price. Restaurant is extremely expensive for minimal portion size. For example, we order shrimp appetizer for $26 and we got literally 3 tiny shrimps. The service was good. The views are great if you dine early.

This restaurant does what it sets out to do. They offer a variety of food to seaside visitors. it is good, no disappointments, nothing that sings out as great. But not expected.

Amazing food, as someone with a number of allergies and food sensitivities I was amazed at how accommodating they where.
