Formal dining. Very good food and service with prices to match. Only disappointment was the lack of locally sourced foods. Menu had things like Alaskan crab, New Zealand lamb, etc Where was the Caribbean fish /seafood? There was red mullet but that was only dish that seemed to be potentially locally sourced.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, aber nicht für jeden Geschmack gut (Steak mit Gänseleberpastete). Die Preise sind ziemlich gesalzen.

The closest thing you can get to nouvelle French cuisine in st Lucia. No local ingredients or influences here at all. They sit you under a strong fan so if you don’t wear a jacket you will be cold and if you don’t eat quickly your food will be cold.

Great fine dining restaurant at Sugar Beach resort with good value for money. Literally like a fine dining experience in Europe, attention to detail, good service, tasty and imaginative food. They do have wine list available.

Great fine dining restaurant in Sugar Beach resort. Tasting menu was good value for the standard of food ($95 for 5 courses). Wine list is heavily skewed towards French wines, but they have a decent selection from other countries. Enjoyed our meal here. Service was great.

A great fine dining experience! We had the tasting menu and a bottle of Deutz champagne. Definitely one of the most expensive dinners on island but you pay for what you get!
