Not as nice as the resort. Had issues with the air conditioner and iron. Room is not large specially if you have two beds. Friendly staff will make up for their shortcomings.

Arrived a few day ago to begin a 10 day break, so far having a great time, acommodation lovely and spacious, good food, fantastic weather, staff at the Inn where we are staying very friendly, would certainly come again and highly recommend.

The staff are extremely nice and the hotel itself is very good. I gave the property three stars because the internet was very poor. It's great for a vacation my room looked right out on the beach but not so good if you need to be connected.

Unbelievable trip and the Bay Gardens Inn absolutely made the entire experience that much more memorable!! The entire staff at the Inn was beyond friendly and truly and genuinely welcoming and beyond accommodating through our whole stay! There are not enough words to describe how much we loved the Bay Gardens Inn! Not only was it a great price, kept immaculate at all times, delicious food at the adjoining hotel next door and all around gorgeous but Austin’s staff just made everything that much better with their incredible attentiveness and they went out of their way to make you feel special and a priority at all times! I should also mention they had excellent free WiFi which isn’t even mentioned but certainly a huge plus and it’s extremely fast and works perfectly! Quick walk to their adjoining beach resort which has an incredible spa and Tuesday discounted services such as massages, facials and body scrubs at incredible prices!! We will most definitely be going back and cannot wait!! Thank you thank you!! Jaclyn and Larry 😊👌🏻

Lovely accommodation in an ideal location. Close to beach. You also get to use facilities of the sister hotel and Bay Gardens resort and Spa with a free shuttle to get you there and back

I recently stayed at Bay Gardens Inn (June 15-18, 2017) the service was exceptionally excellent and exceeded my expectations. Even before my arrival Jennifer was courteous, prompt to respond to both my phone calls and online queries. This level of service was consistently evident throughout my stay. Thank you to Austin Bailey, Darnnia Darcie, Ricardo, Natasha and Sarah, the shuttle driver was impeccable with pick up times, I greatly appreciated that. Great job guys, your excellent service demonstrates great team work.I will be back and I will recommend your facility to anyone visiting St. Lucia. Your facility is superbly located close to transport and shopping areas. I couldn't ask for anything more. I got my monies worth and more, met some outstanding individuals.

I travelled to St Lucia in May & had a great time there! The 3 Bay Garden buildings (Bay Gdns Inn/Hotel/Resort) are all connected and great that you book at one and have use of the facilities for all of them. They are also within walking distance of each other or there is a free shuttle bus service to take you to them. And the Inn? Not 5 stars, but the staff I encountered were very much so! Thank you Austin for being so friendly, helpful and accommodating at our stay in the Inn. Folks, if you stay at the INN, ask for AUSTIN! In fact any of the 3 resorts; as the staff rotate. Thanks also to Tim, Darnnia, Alma for looking after us at Breakfast time and Kenya.
The Inn itself is ok, the Hotel, nice, but the resort has the beachfront and sea.

St Lucia will definitely be seeing me again :)!

Nice little Inn which goes together with the hotel next door and the resort at the beach. You can use all facilities of all three and stay in the cheaper and more quite Inn. They even have a shuttle every hour.
Make sure to check the booking though. They didn't have us down for the breakfast and we had to show our booking to get it added. Also we got a double queen bed room rather than a king size bedroom. Upon asking they first said they couldn't find the keys for the free king-size bedroom but tried to sell the more expensive room. Eventually we were able to change into a king-size bedroom the next day. Form there on forth everything was really nice and the stuff friendly. They always have a smiley and ask about your day and how it's going.
