Beautiful!! Walked deep into the cave for nearly 10 minutes! Although the lights did go out..but we laughed it off and used our phone lights
⭐⭐⭐⭐ for beauty and location
⭐⭐ for ticket price: compared to what is offered (around 500meters open for now, and services like wooden bridge and teleferique are still under construction), all u get is a small train tride so u don't take the long stairs up.
⭐⭐⭐ for customer care, some staff guys were playing cards and didn't follow us to be our guide
⭐⭐ for maintenance: writings on the rocks, and electricity went out for 3-5 minutes
SORRY for too much honesty, but i felt ripped off 😞
Not as great as Jeita, but compared to the funding it has great potential to be better. The location to the grotto wasn't as difficult even though roads were tight at times. Very well organised for a tourist attraction that isn't funded by the ministry of tourism. Plans for a téléférique and restaurant are in place which will attract more tourists and help expand the economy in North Lebanon. The grotto itself was also untouched keeping it all natural. A must visit for all!
A natural grotto withing a green valley. Grotto floor is flattened for pedestrians together with steps. Quite an interesting scenic route leads to a dead end in the grotto, where a locked cage door prevents further advance. Good lighting inside. An unfinished suspended pedestrain bridge stops in mid-air and only 8 persons can walk on it at one time. Nice spot for photographs. There's a restaurant within the complex. Steps take visitors to the grotto; then a steep electrical cart brings 8 person up (was not functioning on our visit.) There's a high tower with unfinished/unsafe interior to go up and take some photos. Small vans provide to and fro trips as big busses cannot make it to the Grotto spot, and this road needs serious care.
Beautiful unknown cave, 1km is open to the public although it goes many more kilometers inside. A pedestrian bridge is being built over the valley, looking forward to seeing it finished!
Very beautiful place but it has a very going down road a bus can go down but while going up he will find some hardness a polman can't go down. And it is very beautiful
Amazing view of the valley and a great grotto to observe.
It's a good idea to go for a visit, it's a big all natural grotto but the open place for visitors is small, the good thing is that photo shooting is allowed there
Very nice place, the grotto, the natural beauty around, the bridge..
The hotel and the chubby houses under construction around seems to be a very nice project that can attract lots of tourists very benefic for the developpement of the region.
A nice beautiful cave in high mountains. See underground earth with stunning beautiful landscape overseeing and massive valley.
Very nice experience going inside the cave. Liked it
