Used to be much better and cleaner. It's a free public beach and don't let anyone impose rules on you. Don't give money to anyone. Just sit wherever you want.

Ta7et el ri7 is a group of restaurants and bars with a freat service and great enviroment, very clean and very cozy, far from beirut about 1 hour and 10 mins but it's deffinetly worth it, we spent a full day there it passed like a minute, very clean rocky beach and very clear water

This place is stunning. If you are there for quick dip with friends, it's a great idea as it will be a very nice swim, and very affordable if not free. The cafés and restaurants are nice and have a great selection of Lebanese and Sea food, and a wide selection of drinks and mezza. The water is taken care of and constantly clean and trash free, unlike many beaches across the Lebanese coast unfortunately. Parking is available. In addition, you could rent out a room or a tent for any company you might have and spend the day and multiple days if you wanted.

the entire coast was free and i was going there ever since i wad 10, then 3 years ago cafes started opening and they took our free coast to themselves and now they throw their garbage and sewer in the sea, the water was literally the one of clearest in lebanon before the cafes, now it looks awful

We enjoyed an afternoon of lounging in the water and eating food from the local restaurants. There are some open areas if you want to sit on the cement otherwise you need to pay a small fee for a chair or lounger. You can rent jet skis and other water sport equipment from different areas along the water as well

Lovely local bay, with plenty of restaurants / bars where you can relax and swim.
Its a rocky beach. So don't expect to walk on sand
