Two words: IMAX 3D.

If this doesn't convince you, then nothing will.

The only one in Lebanon. The regular seats are more comfortable though. The VIP seats are too big, unless you're very tall or very wide.

It's probably one of the best facilities in the counties, except the Rhodes experience is subpar when compared with other country version. Bad service on that front, with the staff more busy chit chatting then taking care of what they call VIP customers.

I reserved online 10 days prior to the IMAX movie screening. When arriving (15 minutes before the movie started) my friend and I found people already in our seats with tickets bought on the SAME DAY that had the exact seating as ours (C22-C23). Those people refused to move (understandable) so we moved to sit in another row since the movie had already started and we were blocking the view. When those who reserved the seats we were in came, we moved. And we moved again and the same happened AGAIN. Until FINALLY, 20 minutes into the movie, a representative came and let us sit in our original seats. Meanwhile, my friend and I sat on the stairs as we were blocking the view and ruining other people’s experience. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in an establishment that prides itself with good customer service and IMAX experience. First 30 minutes of the movie was ruined for us, not to mention the embarrassment of having to constantly search for seats when we’d reserved 10 DAYS PRIOR. All this information is available on your database as proof I believe. I will never be stepping foot there again unless a reimbursement of some sort is made. Next time, please don’t sell the same seating twice, especially when you made it seem like the whole theater was fully booked online.

Long lines, there needs to be another way to get movie passes other than in the same line as the food and beverages. Not designed well but the facility is new and comfortable.

Rude customer service. We are due to watch “ bel ghalat” which was advertised to be at 10:30 pm. We arrived to the door at 10:22 only to be refused entry rudely by the staff with only two words “ betfooto 3al 10:30”. Not even a smile or a phrase like “ sorry we are late”.

Anyway we got to our “vip” seats at 10:30 pm to be welcomed with extremely dirty seats and floor.

I watched the “The Greatest Showman” in the Imax, it was the best experience in cinema so far. The picture was top💯, the sound was also on point and the seatings are very comfortable. Overall, I recommend you to try the Imax for sure next time you wanna watch a movie🎬

Watched Ragnarok in the Imax theater. Great sound quality and the screen is huge! Booked Vip seats, they're pretty comfy leather seats with wide hand rests. The line to get the tickets is hugee. They got to find a solution for this especially if you book online since you still have to go through the same line for poocorn.

I really like this cinema but today the system unexpectedly shut down and we waited 30 minutes to buy tickets. That’s not their fault. However the movies had to be delayed because of the problem. We entered to the movie and waited 15 minutes and still the movie didn’t play so we talked to an employee to play the movie.

Extremely bad customer service. System was down for a while and the manager accused angry customers of behaving like children acting out at school. Very disappointing regardless of the technical issue. Deserves a 0/5, employees making fun of angry customers and said that if we dont like it we could just leave, and "international standards" they say. Another employee said to his colleage "ana law mahallak kenet darabto". Shame on you and on your customer service.
