Very old hotel, bathroom was a nightmare. We wanted to cancel our second night there but staff refused. We lost the money but did not want to stay one more night.

Rooms are good, no kettle and tea. Location is, central, good. Pool closed at winter. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Quiet and classy pub in the hotel called The Dukes of Wellington, with an international crowd, nice staff, musique d'ambiance. Happy hour on Wednesday and Fridays from 7 to 10.

In the 1st room the impression was not good because the room was very cold and the AC (heater) was not working. However, the staff changed us to another room and in the 2nd one no issues. The staff of the room service is experience and always ready to help. In the reception the staff also was friendly and solved all the issues. Wi-Fi works well and breakfast is good. It's an old hotel trying to became more modern. I would say it's a 3 star hotel.

We like this hotel. The resepsiyon whose name is Hasan very kind of person and helpful. The hotel is so close to el hamra street. Everything is okey.

The location of the hotel is really nice, close to many places. You can just walk. The staff are amazing and really helpful. The rooms are ok but it was fine for me because the pricing is really good as well. I recommend this hotel.

Nice place with great beds and a nice staff. The breakfast is poor, at best, but it gets the job done. The rooftop pool is only open during the summer month. Close to a small grocery shop. WiFi is so slow that it's almost unusable.

Didn't stay at the hotel but visited the Duke of wellington pub. Hotel looks great, pub is a friendly time capsule.
