I live in Australia and send flowers on a regular basis to my family in Lebanon. Every encounter I have had with the team, has left me with a smile on my face. They go out of their way to deliver at the tines I need whenever they can, sometimes even at short notice. The quality of the flowers is amazing and they last for such a long time. They always leave my mother with a smile on her face. Impeccable customer service and wonderful product. 10 stars!

Best Service ever! I was late to order for same day delivery and it was my girlfriends birthday, and the guy from the shop called some extra delivery guy and delivered to the other city in 2 hours.
So warm aproach to business like I didn;t see in a long time

Amazing customer service and prompt delivery even to the most remote areas of lebanon! I cant believe the flowers were delivered that fast! Thank you so much! My mother in law loved her bouquet. I live in the UAE and spoke to Michel personally, the owner of Saoud Flowers. We coordinated everything from A-Z and he made it feel like I was there in the shop ordering a plant. It was a great experience and I recommend anyone to deal with them. Noting that I ordered the plant on a Sunday and in less than 2 hours the plant was on its way for delivery. I've never seen someone who values so much service over money! A super generous soul! During the night of my engagement, he noticed some emptiness in the decor, so he added on his own expense without even asking me two big sets of flowers (40$ each) just to make sure that everything looked perfect for me! I was satisfied with what I had, so he could've kept the sets of flowers for himself, but he didn't; a business oriented florist would've never sacrified a penny from his margin of profit for the sake of his client's happiness! But like they say, it is the little things that make the big difference. That's why I hail Saoud Flowers, this family business for their great great generosity that's rare to find nowadays. Whenever I want plants or flowers, whether a beautiful simple bouquet, or a very creative unique one, this is where I go. I've been a faithful customer since 2008 and never did I have a bad experience. The staff is very friendly, smiling and helpful. Their prices and offers are great too. Their customer service is definitely one of the best. Every time I contact them for a staff member to come and check on my plants and repot them, they come in a very short time. I strongly recommend this place!

Being the first time that I've ordered a gift to be delivered for me in another country, I was a bit leary of what the process would be like. I was pleasantly surprised when placing my order. I actually had the wrong address, and the team worked with me to try and find the correct location. Once we confirmed the correct delivery location, Michel personally delivered my gift, sent me proof, and notified me immediately. I love their customer service, their response time, their honesty, and I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended.
