  It is a nice hotel, at a walking distance from all thw attractions and restaurants in baalbak. The breakfast was really good, and even when it is done they prepared some omelette, yogurt and vegetables for some.
  But they have some maintenance problems in the bathrooms, mine was leaking, and the shower section was small, and divided by a dirty curtain

  Very friendly staff but rooms require a lot off attention and not very clean. Very noisy hoons that kept us awake all night but the management can't do much about it. I suggest council security to stop them.

  I booked a family room. Beds are clean and confortable. However, toilet has a broken seat, no toilet paper, and the shower is merely a curtain hanging from the ceiling. At 2am, there are kids shouting their heads off and not allowing anyone to sleep. The owners are very friendly though and very supportive. The A/C is very good, so is the internet connection. They need to refurbish bathrooms to get better ratings.
