As the only big size hotel in Tripoli, the expectations would be high enough to see a well taken care of hotel with international standards. However, this might be due to the weakness of the tourism activity in Tripoli.
Anyways, location of the hotel is marvellous! the customer service is very good, the rooms are spacious, a little depreciated furniture but it is ok. The views are great.
The lobby is nicely designed.
The fitness centre has become largely depreciated and it needs refurbishing.
The swimming pool is great.
The senator and the Galleria halls are perfect for special events. The events planner is very professional and helpful.
The food served is very tasty.
As the only big hotel in Tripoli, I recommend it for tourists, and business visitors.

This is the only big hotel in Tripoli, it has great mountains view and it is located near Mina, close to the sea as well. They have breakfast and dinner buffet, also a swimming pool and gym.

The wifi is terrible, bed uncomfortable, amenities are terrible. Not to mentions its pretty expensive. I would honestly rather sleep under a bridge because I wouldnt be teased with actual service

In general this hotel and resort is functioning without care even though the prices are high. Urgently needs better management and better qualified crew. The room is okay but you can clearly see the neglect. Has good views overseeing Rachid karameh's international fair

The best hotel in northern lebanon, it offers you the best service you can get in the north, but needs a couple of improvements but still a very good resort for you.
