  The there are several issues with the hotel
  It is dusty
  Hot water takes very long to come
  There are no toiletries. No iron or iron board. Bathrooms are clean and rooms are wide. Furniture not nice at all . View is nice

  Came here for lunch with tour. Location was very beautiful where the hotel was situated on the mountain with a valley view. Exterior was magical and truly did resemble a royal's palace. Food was good and service could have been a little better. However, the experience was still outstanding with family and friends!

  مكان رائع جدا لتمضية العطل مع الأهل والأولاد وأيضا لكافة المناسبات في الفندق والمطعم بكل الخدمات والمناظر الرائعة والمكان الأروع بإدارة السيد أبو جواد فتفت وعائلته الكريمة

  Poor service, rooms are not well maintened If you book, be sure to repeat your request 100 times especially if you have toddlers and you need more than one room to do not separate your rooms!!
  Noisy and kids screaming for late time at night in the corridors between rooms.
