So mean people, doesnt like to share happiness with people. They refused any proposals or joyful events to be done in front of their hotel, they are miserable

Great location, close to all tourist places. Nice, spacious and clean room, really pleasant.
Beautiful interior and management.
Parking is adequate and safe.
The food was awesome: various, fresh and tasty. Even my little picky eater (my daughter) loved it all and asked to come back to the hotel for lunch from the city tour / monastery visit.
But the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special. Everyone had a smile on their face and did everything they could to make us feel welcome.
In a nutshell, we are very pleased with this hotel organization and their hospitality. If someone is visiting Lebanon with family and looking for a safe and agreeable place, he/she may opt this option.
We (my husband, daughter and me) were staying in Portaluna for 11 nights in March 2017 and came back this year again. We are already planning our next vacation at Portaluna!response / report this review -

One of the best hotels in the area. Every time I visit family, I stay at Portaluna. Great location from Beirut, and to numerous attractions.
The hotel boasts a pool, gym, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet included in the price of the rooms.
Complimentary WiFi is also quite fast and good for Lebanon. I highly recommend for anyone willing to be out of Beirut proper.response / report this review -

We stayed at this hotel with our newborn baby . It was first trip with our little son. The staff is amazing . They provided a crib , offered to warm the milk every three hours and offered us room service whenever we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for families travelling with babies or small children . You have nothing to worry about and you can truly enjoy your holidays.

A superb hotel in a great sea-side location. All restaurants and cafes are within a walking distance. 24/7 security and a parking space just in front of the hotel. Cool gym, sauna and swimming pool. Jogging area! Planning my next stay soon.

I really enjoyed my stay at Portaluna Hotel&Resort. It’s a perfectly European style of a hotel with an amazing management team. They offer a free buffet serving three meals a day. Their menu is changed every day, offering a rich and healthy variety of both local and international dishes. No other hotel in the area offers similar services. I absolutely loved chilling in their garden after my morning swim. They recently built a big swimming pool and redesigned their open-plan fitness centre. It’s simply lovely! I definitely recommend Portaluna for all travelers looking for a hotel in Jounieh.

The hotel is located in Junya Bay-Beirut. The scene of the Mediterranean sea is amazing. it is near to the aerial lift station so you don't need to have taxi. the room service and the all other services are good. the breakfast is mostly composed of healthy food which was delicious. I recommend it for weekends visits.
