Hotel was very nice. Cleaning ladies were very good at keeping the rooms very clean. My issue was when I decided to go the their gym to workout. I was not allowed to take my I Pod with me. And the last straw was when I asked to use their bathroom, the women working there were very rude, totally ignored me when I wanted to use their bathroom. I then said, you do not have washrooms? Finally a women who was going to the gym also showed me where the washrooms were. The women who worked there were not nice, they were rude, ignorant towards me. And they were very snobbish. I told my husband, we are never going there again. I was polite to them, showed them respect, but the women workers did not show respect in return. Never ever again.

Where do I startThis hotel is seriously disgusting everything is horrible from the staff to the rooms. We had to change rooms due to being placed near smoke chimneys from the restaurant bellow, the smoke got so out of hand to the point that the windows where fogging up and the room became stuffy and due to the weather still being a little cold the only air conditioning option they had was heat. When we first arrived we had apparently booked the same hotel that is located elsewhere the staff where being horribly rude and weren’t very understanding at the fact that this had been a mistake from them due to both hotels having the same name same location online. The bathrooms where insanely small and claustrophobic the rooms where very muggy and hot the breakfast accordingly starts at 7 although it is not fully ready till 8, they had 2 hot water bottles everyone and att their tea cups where different patterned, not enough variety and pastries, staff were extremely rude and unfriendly not helping enough and doing their jobs as expected I’ve stayed at multiple hotels worldwide and this has had to be one of the worse, no doubt. Everything was shocking definitely wouldn’t recommend this to anyone and would never repeat this again. Very disappointed from everything.

Very clean, exotic hotel. Seems as a piece of 18th or 19th century. Each room has a special design. Each corner smells as piece of history and heritage. Very good, generous breakfast. Very friendly and tolerant staffs. The room service staffs looks very pure in their white uniforms. The price is very low for a 5 stars hotel in Lebanon. The location is very near to the airport about 5 to 10 minutes in direct way. The breakfast time continues for a long time. The toiletries are from good qualities.

Hotel has beautiful architecture. But that where it ends. It probably the worst customer service I have experienced. We stayed for two night, we could never find juice at breakfast. The room power switch kept tripping.
I think if they improve the customer service this will become a great hotel.

Excellent hotel. Confidently give it a 5 star rating. Their service, their food, their hospitality and their genuine kindness beats any hotel I have ever stayed at. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. Will see you soon again.

Restaurant, cafe, snack, small museum, gift shop, ballrooms, and hotel with international room's designs, all of that in one place and just few kilometers away from Beirut airport.
Its a nice clean cozy luxurious place in which you can combine the old-traditional Lebanese way of living (the building, dicoration, colors, room's design, food, drink, Turkish/Moroccan bath, hospitality) with the current modern life (the hotel and restaurant's services, pool, gym, spa).
The prices are a little bit high since it is a 5 stars place.
They have free WiFi everywhere and valet parking.
