This is an old restaurant that oozes charm and that has its own private museum. The collection of the museum was put together by its former owner, Pepe Abed, who died a few years ago. Pepe used to dive off the coast of Byblos looking for artefacts such as the ones that are displayed. While alive, Pepe showed his collection selectively. To their credit, the people running the show now have opened the museum to the general public. The terrace of the restaurant, overlooking the port of Byblos, is memorable. It has a collection of photos that feature many of the famous visitors of the restaurants. Politicians, actors, singers and other jetsetters vie for a place on the wall. The only issue that I have with the place is its expensive menu. Do not miss relaxing there while having a drink and, if it is within your budget, go for a meal.

Bad experience, the place is beautiful but the ratio quality of service and cost is very bad. they serve bread one by one very expensive and it is not deserving this

Pepe's is such a charming restaurant, the Levant food, service and atmosphere is great. You feel as thought you could be anywhere in Europe by the seaside and you enjoy a great selection of very fresh seafood. Select your own fish, caught daily and choose how you want it prepared.
A really nice place to enjoy the afternoon with a wine or beer after exploring Byblos and the souk's.

My experience here was quite amazing due to the location of the restaurant/hotel. It is located just after the historical port of Byblos with the restaurant overlooking the port. You feel the restaurant has an unending history. The room was very relaxing but the view was of a wall and just a glimpse of the sea

Nice restaurant in terms of setting; however the food is overly expensive. Hence value for money is extremely poor. Next door restaurants are just as good and probably 30%-40% cheaper.

Waitress' and waiters are very slow and rude, the waiter wearing all white forgot our orders on 3 seperate occasions, fish was good but the chicken and everything else was not. Won't be back here thanks to abu abyod

Terrific local seafood in a great location. Good service from nice staff. Try to sit near the large windows outdoors if the weather's good.
