Unprofessional owners behaviour !!!
We booked the place for a group on half board basis, discussed all details, including room setups for each family of our group. We sent them an email confirming our reservation in order to transfer the amount they required for deposit. But four days prior to our event, we received an email from the owner, stating he's changing his mind and requesting 50% raise on the deal !!! Imagine that !!!
He didn't even bother to call, nor did he keep up on his word !!! Unprofessional and unethical behavior !!!
What's worse : he was so astonished that we didn't react nor go by his conditions, that he called the second day, thinking we are willing to negociate.
Wake up Sir !!!!!
How can we trust you again !!!
A lebanese is known by his good sense of hospitality, generosity and manliness. That got to be your big asset. It's a shame you are losing so much of your reputation.response / report this review -
