Great staff great equipment great management one of the best hospitals in lebanon and the middle east
I would give 5 stars for the treatment I got from the nurses during my stay there. Super friendly and helpful. The room was always cleaned and bins changed frequently during the day. As someone staying in a first class room I was given every morning a tray with hot water pot and a selection of tea flavours, coffee and biscuit for my visitors and during the day a plate of fruits also for my visitors. Food served for patients was good. However, the room was not big for a first class room even though it had 3 chairs and a small sofa. Security should be more strict as visitors would slip and come even after the end of the visiting hours. If this hospital can have an excellent management running it, it could be one of the top hospitals in Lebanon.
It fits a very large number of patients.
Bad hospital with terrible nurses especially in the ER.
The best hospital
Very good
Yesterday I admitted my wife to emergencyas usual ER are busy places and cases are dealed with as per standard operating procedures. What was unusual the nurse in ER took my wife blood pressure 3 times every time the machine was giving an error and not showing any reading and when I asked her what are the reading she told the pressure is 10 !! and she left the room !!!. This attitude force me to request my wife being discharged under my responsibility and took her to another place . The head staff was really caring and supportive but I didn't raise the issue to her because emergency was crowded and my wife case was not alert .hope other addressed in future for benefit of hospital and future cases .
I had also similar experience although we take appointment but the doctors keep us waiting for far too long, and the secretaries are very rude and do not help, also I am trying to call the hospital right now to take an appointment nobody answers, this is the 5th time that I called. Very weird for a hospital like that
