Very Bad treatment
Can’t think of anything good about this hospital, if you can call it a hospital in the first place.
Incompetent and unprofessional staff.
Cut my finger by mistake, worst emergency treatment I’ve ever seen, doctor without scrubs, no gloves.. guess what? Got necrosis and it took me over 2 months to have my finger in a slightly better condition.. glad i kept the rest of my finger on thanks to our amazing biological ability to heal, when i went back to them for an x-ray to make sure that the necrosis didn’t hit the bone, the doctor didn’t know the reason for it and wouldn’t let have an xray till they call the insurance. Even though i told them I’ll pay for it if necessary and just need to have it done asap.
My father stayed at this facility for a total of 7 weeks (June 12th 2018 - July 30th 2018). the last 3 weeks we scrambled to get him out because they were simply making him worse and his condition couldn't handle their incompetence.
This god forsaken place made my father a lot worse than he was when he fist arrived in their rehab center. He arrived here after being treated at AUB for 1 condition and was on his way to recovering nicely so he was moved here. Lets talk about the conditions he was placed under while in this "hospital/rehab center" without divulging too much about my fathers actual condition.
The staff - are not only incompetent but they also have zero bed side manor. They refuse to communicate to the family the state of the patient, maybe due to the fact they have no clue what they are doing or maybe because they don't check up on the patient enough to understand his condition. An example is after MY MOTHER realized my father had a high fever and this was confirmed by one of the nurse my mother had to track down, it took them 2 whole hours to bring him a simple Panadol for the fever all the while he was burning up.
The hygiene - My father caught a infection from one of the pieces of equipment this place was using because they were cleaning his medical equipment in a plastic tupperware on the sink of his bathroom no more than 3 feet from the toilet (The white plastic tub in the picture). This led to the before mentioned fever that they took their sweet time treating. After moving him to the US with proper care it was brought to our attention that the piece of equipment being cleaned should have been completely replaced with a new one and not cleaned in the first place. Which brings me to the third section.
Their supplies - As shown above they are undersupplied. After finding out my father caught an infection from this facility and was left untreated for about 2 weeks. They needed to do a culture of the bacteria however the machine needed to do so was broken and needed 3 FULL DAYS for the technician to arrive to fix it, let alone the time needed to test the culture once taken, all the while my fathers infection progressed. In a hospital/rehab center they don't have ONE other replacement for this broken down machine that they could have used?
To conclude, we ended up removing my father from this facility, taking him back to the US by plane because he ended up with 3 new conditions from staying here, 2 of which are extremely life threatening. If you want your loved ones to recover, do not I REPEAT DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. This place is obviously at the end of its rope and should be shut down.
Perfect
Good and great hospital
Very good hospital, with variety of places to spend time while visiting someone
The suitable place for recovery
Good hospital
Nice Place, Gentle Staff
This hospital is conveniently located bordering a small wood in the mountain town of Bhanness was famous for being a retreat and hospice for people suffering from respiratory problems due to the superior climate in the region. The place is well equipped and serves the region which has no other major medical facilities. It might require some missing equipment but this is expected even in a private hospital when it is not located in a high density area.
Excellent hospital, very well equipped and located in a wonderful place with trees everywhere. But some advanced radiography scanners are missing, such as the panoramic one.
