A star is too much to describe my terrible experience with the after sale service. I bought a brand new boiler, the next day I discovered a factory damage in it so I took it back with the expectation of having it replaced, instead they told me that the only thing they can do is send it for maintenance.. a month later I stopped by to pick it up and found it in an even worse condition, not only did they not repair it but they caused another damage to it. Worse appliance place! I'm Saudi and I was told then by my Lebanese friends that this place has already lost their reputation long ago and recommended another appliance place named "Tahhan" الطحان.
