It's more than a pharmacy, more like a supermarket combined with a pharmacy..the best thing is that it's open 24/7..some employee s are helpful and some are rude and annoying.

The pharmacy is actually a great one because it sells a lot of things, the service on the other hand is just horrible, i had to wait 35 minutes today just to get medicine while watching over 20 other people get the pills they want and leaving The employees are the rudest! i didn't get any excuses or apologies for making me wait too long just get a simple medicine. I heard many other worse experiences with the rude employees. The pharmacy is one of the few decent pharmacies in Lebanon but it definitely needs way better employees.

This is absolutely the worst professional pharmacy in town. I called today and asked to speak to a pharmacist to check on couple of medications that we buy in the US and i was told that they don't carry these products in Lebanon .SO I asked for anything comparable and the lady gave me a name of medication and when i asked for what are the active ingredients she said she doesn't know ! so i asked again to speak to a pharmacist and she said she is the pharmacist and she doesn't know what active ingredients are in the drug and she has no time too look it up because she is busy what a great pharmacy to trust for your health needs. absolutely rude,unprofessional ,zero customer service.This is for sure not the pharmacy you want to trust your health with.The pharmacist name is D

Tried to order something over the phone, we had to repeat the order 5 times and we kept getting transferred from one person to the next. Nobody understood what we wanted.
When they finally got the order, it took ages to be delivered.
When calling to check on the delivery status, the person who answered was very rude.

12 min waiting on the phone without any excuse cause they forgot that someone is waiting.
They took advance money for medication when we came to took it they said it is not available so you have to take your money back..
So sad to say that but we have to..

I was hoping to find Fructosa, a Santiveri product, but I was disappointed. Very weird as I was able to find it in much smaller shops. Still giving you 4 stars; keep the good work up.

Bad service especially on sunday, 2 april arround 6:30 pm
1- an unprofessional guy standing for help on "vichy and la roche posay " creme stands , when we asked him a question he went to the responsible who was hiding herself behind the make up stand talking on her personal mobile , me and other guests were waiting for help feeling that we bothered her.

2- a training to be done for all the ladies who are responsible for the mentioned stands since i never get the same advice about any creme . Every girl give me a different answer about the same product which obliged me to buy every time different creme!!! "La roche posay".
