Good food. For me the downside is they ask me if I want cheddar cheese, it said yes. Turns out it cost 2500 for a plate that cost 10000 which is 25% from the total bill. They should let customers know that it is not free.

Theiving service. JUST horrible.
I've just gotten out of that place conned out of my change of 10000 lbp.
I was going to order chicken from a different place and all I had on me was 21000 lbp, but I changed my mind and decided to go to KFC next door.
I went straight up to the counter since the Lebanese do NOT believe in waiting in line in.
I ordered 3 crispy strips and a Rizo which should total up to 15500 lbp.
She, a tall hijabbed lady with pretty eyes took my order but instead she pushed the whole SPECIAL which was cheaper, a 10000 lbp total.
I handed her a 20000 lbp bill and she immediately put it in her cash register and told me to pick up my order from a what looked like a tall disgruntled employee.
I told her that I needed my change and she responded with that I gave her a 10000 lbp bill and then she tried to show me a 10000 lbp bill in her register. They do look alike , horrible looking currency.
She did an old trick which I never thought it would be common practice at such a huge business or establishment.
The manager came out to resolve the problem and I told him that she can keep the change.
My plane was leaving that night and I didn't desire any escalation.
Truly desperate and needy folks. You will meet her type all over that city.
Just watch your money whenever you are in Beirut.
As for me, never again will I visit that place.
It is truly sad especially when a hijab is disgraced by such a dispicable act.

I regret that I bought from this place The staff are rude and very shameless !! (especially the tall-serving cashier)

Kfc is a very busy place .people like their chicken specially the lebanese and the Syrians.and all the forighn workers from Africa .Asia. They like the spicey chicken. Good location to be. A major tourist attraction the Rawshe beirut. The Rock of the pigeons. Two ilets beautifully shaped like two rings.fabuolis.

Expensive price we took 2 meals 6 pcs about 31500 dinner meal , you can take 2 chickens in that price outside ( 3 pcs mean half chicken )

More expensive than KFC in gulf!

Horrible horrible experience. Bad service, old buns that crumble in your hands, all the chicken if spicy no matter what to cover for its bad taste, dirty chairs and tables.

Never again will I eat here.
