  I would even give minus stars if there is this option. Neglected place, you might find a lot of kids playing though. I dont know why it is so neglected.

  Cozy garden with multiple levels, beautiful landscape buffering the chaos of the city. Although the park has some beautiful water features and amenities, it's lack of maintenance and the locked entrances from the upper side of the park makes me feel sorry for beirut's municipality that is wasting the potential of such beautiful spaces.
