Customer comes last.. zero customer service. You could be a client for 10 years and they will still rip you off. Waist of money 💰 and too expensive.

Medium welcome to customer. No waiting room for clients. Very big range of cars from Ferrari to I10 hunday . More than 1500 cars available. Reduced prices compared to other companies . facility in payment.

A disgrace to car rental companies. I reserved a car from Halal well in advance of the summer. I turned up to the airport expecting a car and found nothing. Several calls later I was told a car was on its way then they started to ignore my calls. When I used another number to call they picked up immediately. After 2 hours of sitting in arrivals and 16 calls to Majid I decided to move on. I had to take an airport cab all the way to TYR (not cheap). The next day and many lies later they did not bring me the car they kept promising me. So I spent 2 weeks in Lebanon with no car (not pleasant and lots of cancelled plans). It was impossible to get another car because it was the peak of the summer (we spent 3 days searching for cars). Don't rent from these people, it's people like them that give lebanon a bad name.
