  Very nice building; sadly locked from access to the public. The mayor hardly accessible to the public (ironically they voted for him)
  
  Beirut is becoming a terrible cement city. There is zero planning for crisis for a city that keeps growing uncontrollably.
  
  There is no transparency whatsoever to the public. I love my city but corruption has had the best of it
