Very unorganized tour

New plaza tours is the worst travel agency ever, do not ever reserve with new plaza; we went to georgia with them and when we arrived, the hotel was not reserved! We stay on the road alone all day, then they took us to the worst hotel in tbilisi far from the center 30 mins, and they put us all 4 in one room; 4 guys in one room! We had a lot of difficulties using the bathroom and we slept on the floor ! And till now they did not care about us! And not called us to apologize even!!!!! Do not reserveeee with new plaza tours
