Great hike, very steep and rocky. We went to the second peak first and I would recommend that order because then you can come back to the first peak and buy a cold drink (from the guys who carried up ice and snacks to sell!! ) while looking up at the second peak you just hiked to and you can relax and enjoy the views. The path splits close to the first peak so it's no difference which you do first as you have to come back anyway.

Totally worth it. Bring plenty of water, good shoes, and stuff for mosquitoes. Be weary it if is rainy. Probably best on a clear day. We walked all the way out here from town and didn't find it too far, but if your time is limited or your aren't a walker there are plenty of other ways to get out here.

Wear suitable shoes, relatively easy climb if you have basic fitness level. If you hardly exercise on daily basis, then I suggest you start training before attempting the climb. The view is worth the sweat.

Nice view from the top. Entrance fee to be paid. You can park your scooter or bike at the bottom.

Path is getting more steep on the way to the top. Landscape is fabulous especially reaching sunset. Lots of sharp stones up there composing a spectacular scene.

Three kilometres from town, easily reached by push bike or if you are really counting the pennies, walkable. Signposted from the main road. It has an open air toilet at the bottom and a small stall selling drinks at the top. Easily worth the 10k kip for the view and workout!

Nice short hike, but there isn't much space at the top to enjoy the views. Nice that the trail is clean and has trash bags along the way!

Beautiful view at the top, the climb up is a bit steep so if you can wear good shoes and not flippers, and be careful on the way down if it is wet because it becomes very slipery/dangerous.
