  While it's important to acknowledge the role of the monument, it should be noted that it there is a large, fenced off area surrounding it, meaning it must be appreciated from a distance.

  Clean and quiet. The garden is more developed compared to what Google's satellite imagery shows. Would be nice if the monument were not roped off and one would be able to go see the artwork depicting life, war, etc.
