The bungalows are an aboslute disaster. I've first killed 36 mosquitos before I went to bed. The place smells very badly and it is not clean at all. Oh and there is no wifi in the bungalows.

The reason this place earns more stars is because we complained and received an upgrade into the actual hotel free of charge. These rooms are actually very neat and give a beautifull view on the mountains from the balcony.

The bathroom wasn’t clean and the smell was really awful. We came down to breakfast in the morning and it was a cold tray of fried eggs covered with flies with some bits of bread on the side, I think congee was also an option.

I had to spray clean the reception toilet before using it as there were bits of food and feaces around the toilet.

The only good things about this hotel is that the location is good, the bed was comfy and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning.

We waited over an hour for our minivan and hotel collection which was booked by the hotel. When we asked where it was, a member of staff motorbiked to the travel agency and rebooked us a coach that he then told us we had to walk to with our bags.

Absolutely do not stay here, spend your money somewhere else unless you think the view is worth it.

Nothing special about this place. First of all you have to take yours shoes off in order to walk into the hotel, where you will end up with dirty feet. The rooms are basic with a/c and fan however in our room some of the lights would not work. The bathroom is unacceptable as there is only a hose to have a shower with. The internet works only are certain areas of the hotel but not in the rooms. Also the breakfast is poor.

Large, clean rooms with en suite wet room. The wet rooms could do with some modernising and are in need of some sort of screen between the shower and other facilities as everything gets drenched when you take a shower.

That said, the location is good and there is a convenient tour operator outside for booking trips involving (amongst others) kayaking, tubing and ziplining.

The place is not clean and they don't clean the room unless you ask for. We even find the previous customer soap at the bathroom. And put and eye on your things, don't rely on the staff.

Don't go there! Not clean, they have credit card machine but they tell you they don'use it! Then they change money to you at a very bad rate exchange. Not honest you forget something at the room at check out and when you call back they can't
