Good breakfast, sometimes noisy, broken bed and shower

Nothing good. Food was five times more expensive than the same plate I found walking 40 meters from theyr door. It is expensive and did not tasted good.

very poor english staff did not understand anything you were asking them. The travel rep needs also to understand her customers needs. She needs to not leave lone females in country without a proper itinary of what they doing and were they are going.very very bad customer service .moved into hostal called my box and it was excellent service for a quarter of price well recommended and in city centre

-Staff was very attentive and helpful.
-Room was clean
-Breakfast was decent
-Nice hot rain shower that actually had a barrier to prevent to floor/toilet from being soaked. Unfortunately the drain was clogged and the bathroom would flood regardless.
-The worst mattress I've ever been on (it was totally warn out and concave). We needed 2 extra blankets to even out the shape.response / report this review -

Friendly staff, great breakfast, good Wi-Fi. Spacious rooms, although moldy smell in bathroom. Located a few minutes walk from everything, so it was nice and quiet.

Nice and clean small rooms freshly painted. Staff very friendly, u.s. & continental breakfast's buffet, not Asian.
Take care about shower, hot water is VERY HOT ! And steps of staircase are high and narrow 😉
Complete bathroom set, kettle with choice of tea and coffee in the room, very good wi-fi and tv. Safe on the closet.

Very friendly and nice lady at reception. Rooms are clean and reasonably priced. The breakfasts are eggs, fried chicken or banana pancakes with a selection of fruit and toast. Easy walking distance to most places. The reason for 4 stars is the bed. It seems more like the box spring with no mattress. It's extremely hard and lumpy, almost feels like you are lying on a spring at times. The pillows are very thin. Make sure you have a mattress pad if coming here. The other concern was the AC seemed to have issues on our last day, went from cold to warm to cold when we hadn't changed it.

Pretty clean with a nice room that was up to date. Had a safe in room, but it wasn't bolted down to anything which is always kind of questionable in my opinion. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the all you can eat buffet addition that had fruit, bread, juice, coffee, and cereal in addition to a hot cooked entree from the set menu. Staff were friendly if occasionally hard to find. Nice and quiet while we were there. Hot water in shower. Major complaint was that the bed was horrible. Springs were sticking out of it so sleeping on your side resulted in a super sore hip in the morning. Other rooms may have had better beds.

Posh backpacker hotel with clean functional air conditioned rooms. Hot showers. Basic cooked breakfast with fruit and cereal. Staff were very helpful. Booked my bus ticket and tubing package as well. Would recommend this as a budget option.

The quality of this hotel is average, good and clean for this price range (very cheap).
The breakfast was average as well, they served a lot of omelets.
Be careful when you book the room because some room has no window.response / report this review
