I didn't stay here, but I rented a mountain bike from here for 20k/day that was really good on the rough dirt roads of the 30km/19mi loop west of town.
They have a driveway where you can ride the bikes to test them out. I paid in advance and left my DL instead of a passport. There was some little stuff (like a broken bottle holder) that we didn't talk about at all, so I had a moment of traveler paranoia that when I returned the bike I'd get some hassle -- nope, none at all.
They were friendly and so easy to work with -- highly recommend.response / report this review -

Don't come here!I booked two nights using Agoda and when I arrived they hadn't the room I choose. In the one I was given the shower had no hot water. The rooms are dirty and have no soap and towels.

THIEFS!!!!!! The staff stole 400 usd from us! We were 5 guestS slepping in two privates room and the fifth of us were stolen! In our case we went to the atm at 10pm and took 2 million kip. After that we went to the guesthouse and left our belongings alone in the room for 20 minutes while we were infront eating a pancake. Once we finished the pancake we went back to bed because we were taking the early morning bus to Vietiane. When we arrive to the capital, and we were paying for our hostel, we realized that 1 million was missing plus 200 dolars. We asked the other couple if they have all their money, they checked and they found out that they have 100 usd missed, that is when we realized that the staff has entered to our room and stole from us, because who else has an extra key of each room! BE REALLY CAREFUL, DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING NOT EVEN FOR 5 MINUTES!!!

Very central
Value for money
The rooms are very big and you can decide between air-conditioned or just fan.
Even the food from the common room down stairs is very good and hood prices.

Nice place to stay, big common area downstairs with episodes of friends transmitted all the day long. Dorm 30k, private room 60k, hard mattresses, clean environment, excellent position, 2min walking from Sakura Bar
