Well located hotel, gardens nicly kept, room was very nice, had all you would need. Breakfast disappointing no buffet as advertised due to lack of customers.

Beautiful hotel, very relaxing, ideally situated near the city center yet very quiet and peaceful. The restaurant offers fresh food and well balanced cocktails. Staff is kind and very resourceful. The rooms are very clean and garden perfectly taken care of.

Great staff. There's one dude who works 2 to 10pm at the front desk who is terrific. The whole staff is excellent. Perfect location. A lot of older Europeans and Americans were there are guests but don't blame the hotel for that. Just after sunset they show a 1925 film produced in Laos. They set up chairs and screen outside and serve beer and wine. Nice touch. Walking distance to everything in old town.

This hotel is wonderful.
We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of December 2017, and the experience was lovely.
The manager and the staff are very kind and give you warm welcome, and they really work to make your stay the most enjoyable one.
The hotel is quiet, the rooms very clean and the breakfast is very good.
The position is perfect to wander around in Luang Prabang, 5 minutes walking to the Night Market, the Royal Palace and the Phusi Mount.

The setting is great and quiet, the rooms are clean and well maintained.
The staff is very helpful, especially the young receptionist who was happy to inform us and share her knowledge of the area. However, the price offered on booking is a little bit less than the price offered directly at the hotel reception. The hotel did not wish to lower its price so we book online from the reception wifi, which may seem like an abertion.response / report this review -

Only ate here once but the food was very good. Though a little pricy compaired to the amount of food, but looking at the surrounding hotel area, it's not a surprise.

Food looks amazing and not as expensive as it looks! Beautiful water lily pond, surrounding hotel and a Lao silent film that plays at 6:30pm every evening. STRONG Wifi.

Quaint little hotel set around a courtyard with a pond. Clean rooms with air con and balcony. Clean basic functional bathroom. Great location close to the centre but yet very quiet. Good breakfast with fruit cereal and eggs to order. Staff were very helpful especially i as I was having problems with the WiFi which was slow and kept cutting out.

Excellent value for money, a 3-star hotel with 4*+ services, French managed, 5-minute walk to the heart of the town. Would certainly recommend to anyone.
