As it was pretty much on the doorstep of my hotel (Xaysomboun Hotel) I decided to give it a go. Walking down the alley that seemed a little dingy i was surprised to come a well lit and clean style looking restaurant. Food selection had some interesting items but decided to be safe on my first sitting. Food came out quickly and the service was good though only one person spoke limited english. Taste was ok on some dishes and really nice in others. Price wise it was fair, though as a side note I was the only tourist there as all other customers were Lao. You know the saying eat where the locals eat. Will head there again to try some crickets and other exotic dishes. Give it a go.

GREAT food! The nicest Laos meal we've had. The restaurant interior is a little bland, but the service was fine. Don't get the mint soda, it tastes like toothpaste water 😁. Otherwise excellent, highly recommended.
