The lady manager charged me 20,000 kip when I asked her to tell the cook to put a "proper amount" of cheese on the pizza. She had the attitude of she's always right. The bathroom was very very dirty and it looked it hadnt been cleaned for days. Please dine somewhere else or cross the Friendship Bridge to Nongkhai Thailand for a world class customer service.

I've eaten more than 8 times (yes no competitions around). Very rude cashier boy at VTE Center Mall. The servers need to smile and have proper attitude. Very small amount of cheese. Expensive. At the downtown branch they will serve the government workers first and best and make normal people wait for sometimes hours.

Very clean and surprisingly good quality food. I have read a few reviews claiming poor food quality. It is by no means the best pizza I have ever had, but quality and taste are on par with Pizza Hut or Domino's. Best of all they have the first bread sticks I have been able to find while in Asia. Again they are Pizza Hut quality, nonetheless they were tasty and hit the spot. The menu is a bit pricey. You can get a reasonable deal if you choose one of the combo meals (pizza, app, and drink combos).
I would recommend it for Westerns after a few hours at the Thai consular. It is literally right across the street with Western comforts and flavors.response / report this review -

the restaurant is very clean, but the pizza is expensive and cooked poorly. if you've had pizza outside of Asia then you know what I mean. the underside of the pizza isn't crispy and wished that the cheese and crust was more toasted. I would compare their pizza to grocery store frozen pizza that you've thrown into the oven. I hope the best for this franchise and improve their cooking technique.

They don't have really good pizzas. Go somewhere else if you have time. A bit expensive too and the services are slow.
