We walked in and they had gave us a nice double room. They booked our tickets to 4000 islamds. Market was a minute walk and there are many restaurants nearby. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was ok. Wifi did not work in our room as it was a bit away from reception area. Staff were very nice and friendly. We are returning here again in few days.

Ok, it's bad. Staying for 3 nights and I didn't get my my bed made. I could see the receptionist try to be helpful but her English wasn't good enough to understand the difference between "7 am" and "before 7 am". The room looked clean but old. I got no hot shower. The sink got leakage.

If you and your travel companion are wondering if the bad reviews are overwrought, please just believe them. No hot water, sewage smell, TERRIBLE mattress, just a grungy aesthetic in general (floors, hair, agh). Easily the worst guesthouse we've stayed at in a month. Of course you pay up front (130000 kip). Please splurge on a decent hotel instead, for our sake.

Hotel and staff are ok. I paid 140 000 kip (17,5 USD) for the night but for this price you don't have shampoo (just 1 000 kip), crazy ! The restaurant nearby is noisy.

As I arrived from Attapeu by bus I was happy to get room 2 in the main building. Very friendly receptionist, showed me all rooms ( in the main building ). High ceilings big bath room, soft big bed. Although the restaurant that evening was closed; on the other side of the street was the inviting restaurant Xuan Mai. (Both hôtel and restaurant, you can see in my video "robbert de Graaff in Pakse ", on you tube.
