Came here from a previous review who gave screwy information.
It is a good hotel. Excellent beds and great breakfast. Hot water with good pressure.
FYI if you are a person who might have a change of clothes do not get rooms 9 & 10, they do not have a closet or really a place to put your belongings. Hooks on a wall would have been great. Rooms nine and 10 are across the street from the main building and are upstairs facing the water and are great for a one night stay.
Rooms 11 &12 are also across the road and upstairs but have a desk and chair and a closet. The road noise is nothing to get excited about and the cow bells are somewhat lulling in their own way.
The rooms at the main building side are really outstanding and some have outdoor showers. They surround a nice garden courtyard.
The restaurant is set to open maybe in the New Year maybe earlier?
The staff is learning and moving in the right direction.
Television with DVDs available also will handle a USB if you bring it.
Bikes available to ride out to Vat Phu or take them over to the island to explore.
Great low stress place, I am glad I stayed.

A charming home from home. Stylish and welcoming, set in a couple of old colonial houses thick with frangipani trees, along the Mekong Riverside. Oh, and the food is really good too - pizzas and traditional dishes the best, but a range of other Western food too. My only critique of the whole place is that my room's windows are attached to the shutters, so when the windows are closed because of the AC, it's dark inside.

A good and high standard hotel in Champasack town
