We stayed in the sunset bungalow- it was relatively cheap and the room was spacious.
The man at the reception was quite strange, rude and spoke little english. Don't book anything with this place, unless you know it's a good deal. He ripped me off on the tubing. Other than that there's a nice open field there for camping or relaxing which is good an you can watch the hot air balloons go by. Also there was no water in the pool.response / report this review -

Sunset bungalows not worth money. Rooms really dated. Left laundry and soaps from previous guests. Couldnt locate through their booking information or contact them as noone answered phone.

Air con Twin bungalow second from the top price.
Pro's; Comfortable mattress, quiet location, big bathroom, effective air con.
Con's; Very filthy, blood on sheets, snails and spiders in room, cold shower, sticky floors, broken - fridge, door locks, windows fasteners, sink, tap, shower, extractor fan, 50 % lights. This place is worth no more than 40000 KIP a night. Avoid if possible.response / report this review -

Okay. So how do you properly rate a $10 per night place? You can put up with allot when a room is only ten bucks. Sure the room is small, tiny to be exact, but that is okay. The bathroom has seen better days, but that is okay. It would not hurt to bring your own toilet paper. One person here speaks a little english, but that is okay.
What does bother me, and this is also okay, because I am only spending $10 per night, but do not advertise that you have a pool and show a nice picture of it, when yes you do have a pool, but when was the last time it was used or cleaned? It is also not okay to advertise free breakfast in the restaurant when you have no free breakfast and no restaurant.
Again. I am only paying $10 per night so I am able to let things slide allot more.
I just want the next customer to know and not come here because they would like a pool and free breakfast.
----- Fortunately I met a friend here and stayed in her nice, cool room and did not have to sleep in my room.
The plus side of this place? Great views, quiet and cheap.
I paid for 2 nights and will splurge an extra 10 dollars and stay somewhere a bit nicer tomorrow.response / report this review -

Very cosy place. Can rent motorcycle and take a tickets. No breakfast. Only coffee.
