The location is good and they offer bikes to rent. They do not serve breakfast. The air conditioning worked fine. The bathroom is very basic (the shower is part of the bathroom), but was okay. I had a room with 2 single beds and the bed was comfortable.There are a lot of guesthouses in LP that aren't listed on Google, so if you're able, you can walk around and find someplace you might like.

The covered all the basics but nice!! The reception was nice. Free coffee & tea provided aling with outdoor sitting area. The room was cozy with air con, hot water, free 2 bottles of drinking water everyday and you’ve got a clean room, a made bed and fresh towels when you get back. It’s in a good location as well. Few minutes walk to the night market, morning market. Next to Joma coffee shop and super near to Prachaniyom famous local coffee shop.

I Love this place but a lot of musquito in the night pls take a musquito lotion to your plan Lol. And How was the kitten its OK right! 🐺

Great location, comfy beds, powerful showers, good wifi, cozy rooms with daily housekeeping! A luxury to come home to a clean room and fresh towels. The staff are beyond fantastic, and helped us out a lot when we needed to urgently go to hospital, as well as with booking tours etc.

Reception was very nice and accommodating. Also speaks some English. Room was basic w/ air conditioner, hot water and Wi-Fi. Location is great, within walking distance to the Mekong, Wat Phousi, night market and day market. There's plenty of laundry service in the area and the villa has bicycle rentals.

After staying at a hotel which had not a location I needed, and was a bit too basic I moved to this private home - converted to hostel.
The single room I rented were very good considering the price.
It is close to bars, restaurants and I spent my time visiting both those and the noteworthy sites to see in Luang Prabang on bicycle.response / report this review -
