  Really nice guy who offered us a room without any reservation in advance. He was really arranging and friendly. The room was really good. Clean and bright. Quiet also. There was a tv in the room. We asked to stay a second night but he did not have space (not surprise as his guesthouse is really good). My friend was really ill and I had no idea where to go. He helped me to find another guesthouse (not as good as his but still). That was really nice of him ! I strongly recommend !

  Twin room
  Pros: great value (100,000/night), AC, fan, private bathroom with hot water, light that dims, tv, wifi (a bit spotty), lovely staff, location is right next to the morning market and night market, screen for your windows so no pesky insects flying around. For the location/amenities/price, you won't find much better.
  
  Cons: the toilet rolls are tiny - I kept having to ask for more. Neighbors kept burning something so the room had a faint smoke smell. Thin blankets. Weak water pressure.
  
  Note: we booked a minivan to vang vieng with this guesthouse - 100,000 plus pickup. Really smooth and fast! Totally recommend.

  This guesthouse is really really good. Entrance and rooms are clean. There are air conditioning and fan in room. Free coffee/tea/water and sometimes fruits. Laundry service. Hosts are super nice and kind. We highly recommend this guesthouse, we had a great stay ;).

  Good and cheap guest house, located off main street, so very quiet. Rooms had TV with international channels, bathroom was clean too! English skills of the staff could be better (it's run by a young chinese couple).

  The owners are nice and welcoming, though their English isn't so good. Free coffee, tea and water whenever you like, and sometimes fruit. The location is very good. Quiet, near a convenience store and just a minute away from the Mekong River and the night market.
