  A very clean and comfortable place.
  A little more expensive than many others in Nahin, but you also get more!
  Friendly owner and a nice, clean carp dam.

  Clean mostly functional aircon room for a fairly pricy 100,000 kip considering location. No breakfast and courtyard view. Was good for a comfortable stopover.

  Nothing special and not cheap 100,000k not 50,000 as someone else said. Shower has either scolding water or cold nothing in between. And for a place that has view in the name there is no view. Okay for a night that's all.
