  Nice, clean and spacious, looked like new. Ceiling fan, attached bathroom. 60000 kip/night. Cold and hot water available. Comparing to the other places we've stayed before, the room looked like it would have cost more.
  
  The only cons would be no mosquito nets in the windows, and somewhat the location - no shops or restaurants in walking distance (there was actually a restaurant opposite the guesthouse, but it was closed when we came). There's the Na Hin village short drive away though.
